CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of Order by Delhi Collection:

Delhi Collection reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price by mistake, if there is a delay in the arrival of stock, or for any other reason. This holds true even if the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. In such cases, a 100% refund will be processed (as per the refund policy), and the customer will be informed in advance.

Cancellation by Customer:

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled as we source most of our stock based on pre-bookings by customers. This policy applies whether the order is “Under Process” or has already been “Shipped.”


REFUND POLICY

Refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit, which will be valid for six months. This store credit can be used to place a new order or applied as partial payment for a new order if the value exceeds the store credit amount. Refunds to the original payment method will only be processed if the order is canceled by Delhi Collection.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email and through a text message or WhatsApp (if you are a regular WhatsApp user). Please note that tracking details usually become available on the courier service provider’s website 24 business hours after the shipping label is created. In some cases, the order status may still show as “Processing” until it is delivered.


COVID-19 SCENARIO

We strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. However, amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Delhi Collection cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery, shipping, or the processing of refunds and cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control. Our team will make every effort to resolve any issues, and we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.


RETURN POLICY

10-Days No Questions Asked Return Policy
(Please raise a return request on the same day you receive the order.)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns as per the policy detailed below:

Returnable Items:
Unstitched salwar suits and kurtis from any category can be returned, except items from the Sale category.

  • Only unused and unstitched dress materials can be returned if we are informed on the same day of delivery.
  • The product must reach us within 10 days from the date of delivery at the return address provided via email.
  • Once we receive the product, we will arrange for an exchange or provide a refund in the form of Delhi Collection store credit, based on your preference.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only, valid for six months, which can be used to place a new order on our website.
  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product). Our maximum liability for return shipping costs is INR 100/-.

Non-Returnable Items:
Items purchased under any offer, discount, or from the “SALE” category cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned, except when a wrong or faulty item was delivered (issues like slight misprints, beads or tassels coming loose, uneven dupatta edges, shade differences, or lesser fabric will not be considered faults).


COST OF RETURNS LOGISTICS

We take pride in offering a No Questions Asked return policy, unique in the original lawn dress market. This policy is for our customers who may not wish to keep something they did not like. However, we kindly ask for your cooperation in bearing the return shipping cost, as it is an additional expense alongside the free shipping we offer for forward logistics. This practice allows us to maintain minimal margins on our products and pass on benefits to our customers, such as providing competitive online prices and frequent sales and offers. We thank you for your understanding. Please ship the material back to us if your return request is approved.


COLOR VARIATION

No Guarantee on Color:
Delhi Collection does not offer any guarantee regarding the color or shade of fabrics. For any complaints related to color differences or shade variations, please reach out directly to the respective designer, as we display products exactly as received from designers.
